Ellen White was truly prolific in her messages regarding the ill consequences from self-abuse as she coined it. She was very religious, yet I promote her specific writings about sex since it rings of truth. It is amazing that she knew so long ago.
She also states that many cancers are a result of this "self-abuse" which rings true with my own research on biology and specifically the reproductive costs upon ALL species. It could not be otherwise. The immune system is compromised from many things including sex.
