I just discovered this site and I am impressed by it. However, I have questions that I need answered and I hope that some of you can help me.
Is it possible to have the benefits of resorbed semen when I engage in masturbation, but stop just before orgasm? I do this once every few days, but currently it's been 26 days since I last ejaculated. I am getting the benefits, or do I have to stop all physical stimulation altogether?
Second question is: I have hair loss due to over-ejaculation. If I give up ejaculating permanently, will the hair on my head eventually grow back?
Please answer, I want to know!

Hi Matt, I hope you see my reply because I have been studying this topic now for 2 years rather intensely. I also have studied science. First, I would say it is not a good idea to get into the habit of masturbation at all, especially to the point of orgasm and then withholding because there is a chance that the semen can back-up into the bladder. Also, it takes about 60 days for a fresh batch of sperm to mature as nurse cells nourish the sperm cells and they learn to swim. That is about 2 months!! Each guy is different so to be fair, in my studies of health, I would say that if you are healthy and eat a good diet then you can enjoy "sex" once every two weeks. This is just my opinion but I found this to be a reasonable balance. It is very tough to be totally celibate and monks in Tibet certainly don't watch porn, t.v. stimulation, magazines, sexy dressed women, etc., they meditate and get in control of their minds. You have to really want to be in control of your body and have mind power over your senses. Everything in Western society makes this tough, but it is worth it for the power that comes from self-discipline. All great inventions, breakthroughs, discoveries and noble achievements have come through self-discipline.
When it comes to the hair loss question, there are so many theories like genetics, diet, stress, environmental pollutants, etc, but I would say that you have a better chance in keeping your hair by limiting semen loss and minimizing stress in you life plus eating fresh and nutritious food and taking supplements to ensure this.
